Effective Friday, August 31, 2012, parents/guardians of students attending the district may make advanced payments for their student school breakfast, lunch, snack foods, beverages and a la carte food sales. This on-line service eliminates the need for children to carry cash, or the parent/guardian to write a check to the school, however both are still acceptable forms of payment. New users register on-line using an application called e-Funds for Schools. You will then be directed to the e-Funds for Schools website. Users will be guided through account setup, account overview, and allowed to chose from payment options which include, check, credit, and debit card. Users may also schedule a pre-authorized payment (setup a payment that occurs at regular intervals); view payment history (review a history of payments made to schools); and, view pre-authorized payment history (review a history of pre-authorized payments).

Payments made through e-Funds for Schools are updated, in real time, into the school’s lunch tracking program Meals Plus, and funds are identified by the student ID name and number. This information is stored on a secured server and is readily available through the point of sale (POS) system. Purchases are made by the student either swiping their student ID card, or keying their I.D. number into the keypad located at the cash register. Account balances of available funds can be viewed through the school’s lunch program. Parents may view their child’s meal transaction history through Account Overview on the e-funds site.
